Max T. Lindsey

Max T. Lindsey grew up in Washburn and graduated from Washburn High School in 2007. From there he went to Western State Colorado University in Gunnison, Colorado (B.A., 2011 magna cum laude), spent a year skiing in Lake Tahoe, California, and finished his education at Albany Law School in Albany, New York (J.D., 2015, summa cum laude). He was admitted to the New York State Bar and the U.S. District Courts of the Northern District of New York in 2015, served for one year as a Judicial Clerk for U.S. District Court Judge Mae D’Agostino, and was then hired as an associate for the law firm Whiteman, Osterman & Hanna, in Albany, New York. In 2017, Attorney Lindsey moved back to Washburn, was admitted to the State Bar of Wisconsin, and joined Anich, Wickman & Lindsey S.C. as an associate. 

Attorney Lindsey is an avid athlete and outdoorsman, enjoying time spent biking, skiing, hunting, fishing, adventuring on Lake Superior, and spending time with his family. He has been an active volunteer for the Ashwabay Ski Area and serves on the Washburn School Board of Education.
